As an experienced trauma therapist, I provide a compassionate and safe space where you can begin the journey toward healing from your past experiences. It may show up as anxiety, depression, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, or difficulty trusting others. In our work together, we’ll explore how these effects manifest in your life, and more importantly, how we can begin to address them.

My approach is holistic and grounded in trauma-informed care, meaning that I recognize the profound impact trauma has on the mind and body. In our sessions, I’ll use evidence-based techniques, such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral strategies, and somatic approaches, to help you regulate overwhelming emotions, manage triggers, and reduce the power that traumatic memories may hold over you. I also focus on psychoeducation—helping you understand the neuroscience of trauma so that you can better grasp why you’re feeling the way you do and how your brain and body respond to stress.

I recognize that trauma therapy can be deeply personal, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. Some clients need space to talk about their experiences and process them verbally, while others may benefit from learning new coping strategies before diving deeper into their trauma. We’ll go at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure to rush the healing process.
